Enjoy a feast of Colombian flavors, surrounded by nature and wildlife. You will experience an exquisite 5-course dinner, that will guide you from region to region on a unforgettable journey through food, so that you become familiar with the tastes from various representations of the Colombian culture and the gastronomic significance for its inhabitants.

We will take a short tour of the farm, to admire the harmony of the Andean landscapes and the architectural contrast of the house, which is made of mostly guadua (a kind of bamboo endemic to Colombia) and recycled wood.

Then we will start the journey through Colombia with our gastronomic tour that will captivate you. During the presentation of each dish, you will be given a brief description of the region it represents, the development and adaptation to modern cuisine, and the creative genius of the cook. Each dish has a different story and / or anecdote to tell.
