THE CULTURAL EXCHANGE

The Cultural exchange is a space created to promote the practice of English language among people of the region. Colombia has been one of the countries with lowest level of English in Latin America, but due to increased international tourists not Hispanic speakers, Colombians have seen the need to learn a second language.

Our goal is to spread multilingualism throughout the Coffee Region of Colombia, through tourism, adventure, physical activity and other more stimulating learning atmospheres, providing more opportunities for local people to learn new languages and to apply them, in turn improving their communication skills, career orientation, and overall lifestyles.

The cultural exchange program will allow you to: Learn from the culture of our country, make friends, benefit local people and also have the opportunity to learn some Spanish.

This program is done with students who want to meet people from around the world, giving them the opportunity to practice and improve their English as well as develop a better understanding of the diversity of cultures.

Participating in our cultural exchange can be a life changing experience for many people, including your own. You will be giving someone the opportunity to improve their level of English, as well as gain new skills, knowledge and broaden their point of view.

This will open tons of new doors and possibilities for the people, such as travelling abroad in search of better opportunities, starting careers that involve international and intercultural communications, and also giving them local opportunities in teaching or as tour guides for the ever growing international tourist population in this beautiful region. The possibilities are truly endless.
